**Job Notification Summary: Quality Mentors for SDH Mathili**

**Job Title and Department:**
- Quality Mentors, Office of the Block Public Health Officer SDH Mathili, Malkangiri

**Eligibility Criteria:**
- Minimum qualification required: BAMS/BHMS or BSc Nursing/GNM
- Minimum experience required: 2 years of post-qualification work experience
- Preference will be given to candidates with BAMS/BHMS qualifications and those from the same or neighboring blocks

**Important Dates:**
- Application Deadline: March 10, 2024

**Application Mode and Submission:**
- Applications must be submitted offline to the Block Public Health Officer, Mathili

**Reservation or Regional Preferences:**
- Priority will be given to candidates from the same block or neighboring blocks

**Additional Information:**
- Selected mentors will be trained and are expected to assist in achieving NQAS Certification for assigned facilities
- Mentors will be empaneled for a period of one year and will need to conduct at least 4 visits to the assigned facilities
- Incentives will be provided for mentoring visits and additional incentives upon achieving NQAS State certification
