**Job Notification: Quality Mentors for SDH Mathili**

The Office of the Block Public Health Officer SDH Mathili, Malkangiri, is inviting applications for the position of Quality Mentors. These mentors will support HWC Sub Health Centers in achieving NQAS Certification.

**Eligibility Criteria:**
- Minimum qualification required: BAMS/BHMS or BSc Nursing/GNM.
- At least 2 years of post-qualification work experience.
- Candidates from the same block will be given preference, followed by candidates from neighboring blocks or districts if needed.

**Application Mode:**
- Applications must be submitted offline to the Block Public Health Officer, Mathili.

**Selection Process:**
- Preference will be given to candidates with BAMS/BHMS qualifications first, followed by those with BSc Nursing/GNM.
- The selection authority rests with the CHC-In Charge.

**Training and Incentives:**
- Selected mentors will undergo a 2-day state-level training and subsequent bi-monthly virtual meetings.
- Mentors will be incentivized for visits and successful NQAS certification of the assigned facilities, with a total maximum incentive per facility of INR 10,000.
