**Job Opportunity: Quality Mentors at SDH Mathili, Malkangiri**

The Block Public Health Officer SDH Mathili, Malkangiri is inviting applications for the position of Quality Mentors. This role involves mentoring support to HWC Sub Health Centers to achieve NQAS Certification.

**Eligibility Criteria:**
- Minimum qualification: BAMS/BHMS or BSc Nursing/GNM.
- At least 2 years of post-qualification work experience.
- Preference will be given to candidates with BAMS/BHMS qualifications and those from the same or neighboring blocks.

**Important Dates:**
- Application Deadline: 10th March 2024.

**Application Mode:**
- Applications must be submitted offline to the Block Public Health Officer, Mathili.

**Selection Process:**
- Candidates will be selected based on qualifications and experience, with local candidates given preference.

**Training and Responsibilities:**
- Selected mentors will undergo a 2-day state-level training.
- Mentors are expected to conduct at least 4 visits to assigned facilities to support and prepare them for NQAS certification.
- After each visit, mentors must submit specific documents as proof of visit and mentoring.

**Incentives:**
- Mentors will receive incentives for each mentoring visit and additional incentives upon the facility achieving NQAS State certification.
