| Job Description | Main Purpose : To ensure Erection and Smooth commissioning of Effluent Treatment plant and Utilities of Coke Ovens By Product Plant at KPO. Job Responsibility: Understanding about process related to Coke Oven Effluent treatment. Understanding of Government norms related to effluent discharge of Coke Ovens. Understanding of Operations of Clarifier, filtration plants, Cooling tower, AIS, Blowers, Sludge thickener, pumps, compressors etc. Conduct Process Safety & Risk Management to mitigate all the probable hazards . Periodic audit and review of construction safety . Ensuring site activity as per the agreed QAP. Participate in the HAZOP study. Ensure the completeness of piping and related equipment . Impart training to new comers. Start up and commissioning planning . Start-up of Utility system and the Effluent treatment Plant. |
