Job Description	To facilitate in obtaining grant of new/renewal of leases, to obtain Forest Clearances, expedite allotment of Non-forest land for compensatory afforestation, to make compliances of stipulation of Forest Clearances, to get timely renewal. Update of all papers/documents for Companys vehicles, Renewal/ fresh grant of Land Lease, to expedite recommendations of OSPCB to get Environmental Clearances, to make legal settlement and to obtain Surface Right.Grant of new/renewal of Lease To prepare applications, submission and seek recommendations .Execution & Registration of the Lease Deed To obtain Forest Clearances under Forest(Conservation)ACT,1980. Prepare proposal for diversion of forest land for Non-forest use and follow up for recommendations Allotment of Non-forest land for Compensatory Afforestation. Identification of Non-forest land and preparation of site specific compensatory afforestation scheme. Compliances of Stipulation of Forest Clearances. To prepare and submit compliances as per time schedule. Grant of new/renewal of Land Lease To prepare applications, submission and seek recommendations .Execution & Registration of the Lease Deed Recommendation of OSPCB to get Environmental Clearance. To make Legal settlement. To facilitate conducting Public Hearing to get Environmental Clearance . To take up legal issues with advocate and in the Court. To obtain Suface Right To process Surface right application and follow up to obtain recommendations. Post graduate with 3 years experience of working in Land & Lease segment and should have the working knowledge of the local language. Preference will be given for Law Graduates
