Job Description:

·         Preparation of all chemical section and its standardization.

·         Experience towards the operation & calibration of ED-XRF.

·         Strong hand towards gravimetric analysis of Raw Materials.

·         Experience in operation of flame photometer.

·         Field experience towards monitoring for feeding activity of Raw Materials

·         Co-ordinate with customer department to furnish the required information to optimize the critical parameter.

·         Good knowledge on chemical analysis/physical testing of cement will be given preference.

·         Environmental monitoring (Stack & Ambient Air monitoring for SPM)

·         To participate in WCM & System improvement initiatives.

·         Knowledge on ISO 9000, 14000 & OHSAS 18001.

·         Working knowledge on SAP is preferably

Qualifications:

B.Sc/M.Sc./Diploma in Chemical Engg

Diploma in Cement Technology preferred

Mandatory Skills:
Knowledge of Chemical & Physical analysis of Cement.

Minimum Experience Level:
6 - 10 Years
