Job Description | Main Purpose: The Senior Manager Electrical Maintenance- Motor & Transformer at Orissa is responsible for managing the Motor & Transformer Maintenance activities covering areas of EHT, HT and LT Transformers, motors at the plant to ensure smooth execution of planned maintenance activities as per standard, NDT for respective technology in collaboration with service providers and operating areas and also by monitoring regular repair of machines and spares. Job Responsibility: To manage the electrical field maintenance activities of Motor & Transformer for ensuring timely repair and availability of machines. To manage implementation of strategies and frameworks for continuous process to optimise and improve efficiency of processes in Electrical Field Maintenance- Motor & Transformer department. To manage safety, health and environment (SHE) in the Electrical Field Maintenance- Motor & Transformer department to ensure adherence to statutory requirements. To manage the management of human resources of the Electrical field maintenance-Motor & Transformer department to have an engaged, competent team and enable a working environment that drives high performance . |
