GM – Operation (Job Code: SOP - 04 ) Job Profile:

Comprehensive responsibility of production management. Develop production strategy & production planning. Intra factory planning for product mix. Ensure adherence to plant maintenance & in plant training. Allocation of shift personnel with respective duties in consultation with HR.

Required Qualification & Experience:

Qualified BE engineer with 10 - 12yrs of total work experience in similar industry. 5 -7 years exposure in a similar position preferably in a mid sized Company. Exposure to ERP based control will be essential.
