GM – FINANCE (Job Code : SFI - 04 ) Job Profile:

Responsible for core treasury operation for the organization. Preparation and submission of applications to Financial Institutions for financial assistance in the form of Term Loans, Corporate Loan, Short Term Deposits and timely follow up for necessary sanctions, documentations and disbursements. Liaison with the banks, financial institution & other lending organizations. Preparation and appraisal for working capital proposal. Finalization of accounts, divisional & branch accounting.

Required Qualification & Experience:

Qualified CA/ICWA/MBA/M.Com with 10 - 12yrs of total work experience in similar industry. 5 -7 years in the position of GM or equivalent position in a mid sized Company into Finance & Accounting function. Exposure to ERP based control will be essential.
