**Eligibility Criteria:**
- Resident of Odisha belonging to ST/SC community
- Enrolled or secured admission in post-matriculation general, technical, or professional courses in government or recognized private colleges/institutes in Bhubaneswar
- Annual family income should not exceed Rs. 2,50,000

**Important Dates:**
- Application Deadline: July 31, 2025 (General Courses), September 30, 2025 (Post-Graduation/Technical/Professional Courses)

- Applications must be submitted through Speed Post/Registered Post or in person.

**Documents Required:**
- Caste Certificate, Income Certificate of Parents, Proof of Admission/Continuation, School/College Leaving Certificate, Migration Certificate, Conduct Certificate, Aadhaar Card, Bank Account Details, Marksheet of Last Examination Passed, Residence Certificate, and Recent Passport Size Photographs.

**Additional Information:**
- Admission is strictly on a merit basis and subject to seat availability.
- Hostel facilities include a bed, mattress, pillow with cover, and a unit of table & chair, along with access to reading rooms, recreation rooms, and other activity areas.
