**Admission Notification for Minority Hostels in Sundargarh**

The Office of the Collector & District Magistrate, Sundargarh has announced admissions for Minority Community students into various Post Matric Minority Hostels located across Sundargarh district. This opportunity is specifically for students belonging to Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Buddhist, and Jain communities.

**Hostel Locations and Capacity:**
- Rajgangpur
- Bhoipali, Bargaon
- Talsara, Balisankara
- Damkuda, Subdega
- Biringatoli, Kutra
- Gobira, Kuarmunda
- Jaharitoli, Nuagaon
- Gurundia
Each hostel has a capacity of 100 seats.

**Eligibility Criteria:**
- Must be a resident of Odisha and belong to a minority community.
- Should be pursuing or have secured admission in a Post Matriculation General/Technical or Professional course in any recognized institution.
- Annual family income should not exceed Rs. 2,50,000.
- The course duration should be for 1 year or more.

**Application Process:**
- Download the application form from the district website [www.sundargarh.nic.in](http://www.sundargarh.nic.in).
- Submit the filled application along with required documents to the Office of the District Welfare Office, Sundargarh, Pin- 770001 by 31st July 2025, 5:00 PM via Speed Post/Registered Post or by hand.

**Required Documents:**
- Self-attested Minority Certificate (if applicant is above 18 years) or attested by guardian (if below 18 years).
- Income certificate from a Revenue Officer.
- Proof of admission/continuation in the course.
- School/College leaving certificate, Migration certificate, and Conduct Certificate.
- Marksheet of the last Board/University examination passed.
- Three recent passport size color photographs.
- Photocopy of Aadhar Card.

**Seat Allocation:**
- 40% of seats for +2 courses, 40% for graduate level courses, and 20% for technical and professional courses.
- Allocation will be based on merit, considering marks from the last certificate examination.
