Job Description:
Accountabilities:
· Planning and implementing product strategies to drive acquisition, revenue & profitability.as per Annual Operating Plan through Prepaid / Postpaid / VAS / Roaming.
· Customer segmentation based on recharge, usage, pulsing, decrements, age on network & calling pattern to drive U & R activities and to Increase ARPU by Increasing Usage, Up-sell, Cross sell, etc.
· Growing revenues from existing customers through consumption led products and retaining customers on network.
· Ensuring delivery of all promotion to hit the market along with the product launch & ensuring operation excellence through quality & speedy execution.
Qualifications: MBA in Marketing from top B-Schools.
Mandatory Skills:
• Ability to manage business operations in multiple markets and clear understanding of customer expectations • Exceptional communicator with strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills • Possess in-depth knowledge and functional expertise in Telecom processes including Acquisitions, Service Delivery, Usage & Revenue Enhancement, Retention and IT applications, primarily Campaign Management and others like IN & VTopUp
Minimum Experience Level: 11 - 15 Years
